- Select “CREATE AN ACCOUNT”.
- Fill in all the required details and click “SUBMIT”.
- Please make sure to keep your login and password details secret!
Voila! Your account is created and you will receive an email confirmation stating this.
How can I make a purchase?
Here’s how you can start shopping on www.melissaindia.com !
- Log into your account.
- Browse around. You may use the filter options available on the side bar to help you.
- Click on selected product and then click “ADD TO CART”.
- Once you are satisfied with your purchase, proceed to the shopping bag icon and click on “CHECKOUT” when you are ready to complete your purchase.
- Fill in the delivery and payment details as required and any promotion code if available.
- Do review your order one more time to be sure that the information provided are correct before clicking on the “SUBMIT ORDER” function.
- Your order will be confirmed once the system validates your details and you will see an order confirmation with your order number. You will also receive an email confirmation with the order summary.
How to remove an item in my shopping cart?
Follow these steps:
- Click on the shopping cart icon on the top right of the page to go to your shopping cart.
- Click on “REMOVE”. Your shopping cart will be updated and that item will be removed immediately.
How do I search for an item I want to purchase?
There are two ways about this.
- Use the category navigation tool located on the left of the page.
- Use the search engine tool located on the top of the page and type in your keyword(s).
“Payment pending" for my order?
Don’t worry, that just means that your payment is still being processed. There is no need to make another order.
Once your order has been confirmed, a confirmation email, along with delivery details will be sent immediately to you. However, if you still have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I amend my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to amend any orders that have been confirmed and paid for since it may cause a delay in the delivery of your order.
If you wish to add more items to your order, a separate order will have to be made.
Can I cancel my order?
We are happy to accept cancellations, for any reason, up to the moment your order has been processed. Please email us at email@example.com It will take up to 3 working days to process the refund via gift cards. Please refer to our Return Policy.
Please note that once the order has been processed, we will not be able to proceed with the cancellation request as the order may be in transit on its way to you!
However, you have the option to return the order when you receive it. Please refer to our Return Policy for information on return procedure.
I made a mistake on delivery address! What do I do?
If you realise that you have made a mistake with your address, contact details or recipient name, please call us at 011 40047507 immediately. We are available from Monday to Friday, from 10am to 6pm.
